The Flour & Flower Co. began with a shared belief that food should nourish the body! After meeting at a local Farm to Fork market, we discovered a common passion for fresh-milled flour, wholesome ingredients, and supporting local makers. What started as conversations about healthier baking quickly grew into a dream of creating a place where families could shop, learn, and gather.

We are Jenay and Ronda, proud graduates of Stephen F. Austin State University. Jenay studied Horticulture, while Ronda earned her degree in Elementary Education. Although our careers began in different places, our shared love for faith, family, gardening, baking, and serving others brought us together to build something meaningful for our community.
